What’s the process?

The exploration
We’ll sit down together and explore your business, tone of voice, objectives, competitors, and audience. I might speak to some of your clients to hear how you help them in their words. Then I spend time researching the market in which you operate, seeking out opportunities and sniffing out the gaps you could fill. I’ll explore search engine data and uncover what your audience is typing into Google, bringing these answers to your website’s keywords.

The writing
Now that I have a solid understanding of your audience and your business, it’s time for me to roll up my sleeves and get cracking on your first draft. You can relax while I pull it all together to our agreed timeframes.

The final polish
Once I’ve sent through the first draft, you’ll probably want a few days to digest it. Then after you’ve sent through your feedback, I’ll work on a second draft (and a third draft if we need it). The final step is a professional proofread – then I’ll fire through your final copy to light up your sparkling new website.
