Sales page copywriting
nextgenify academy
When leadership consultant and work futurist Cherie Mylordis launched nextgenify Academy, she wasn’t just offering a membership. She was offering a mindset shift – a way for purpose-led professionals to finally feel seen, supported and ready to lead in today’s world of work.
Cherie needed a sales page that didn’t just list features. It had to click with her reader. Speak to their smarts. Reflect their frustrations. And ultimately, help them say yes to themselves.
That’s where I came in.
This wasn’t a quick-fix copy job. The sales page needed to be a strategic invitation.
nextgenify Academy is built for ambitious humans who are ready to lead with clarity and impact. But these people feel stuck in outdated systems, tired of tick-a-box leadership programs, and they’re quietly wondering: Is this all there is?
So the sales page had to:
- Show the reader they’re not alone
- Reflect their real-world struggles and goals
- Offer a path forward (with zero sleaze)
Getting to know Ava, our target audience
Before writing a word, I worked with Cherie to dig deep into her ideal client’s mindset. We called her ‘Ava’.
Ava is capable and quietly frustrated. She’s done the courses, she’s working her way up, but still feels like she’s circling something bigger.
She doesn’t want a five-year plan. She wants to make a meaningful impact now. But she isn’t sure where to start.
I used a proven copywriting framework to walk Ava through a clear, considered decision-making journey.
Through the words on the sales page we:
- named her specific pain points (without poking the bear)
- validated her lived experience (no judgement, no jargon)
- positioned the Academy as her practical, empowering next step
- handled her hesitations with care (do I need to be a leader now to join? Will this work for me?)
- finished with a call to action that felt natural, not pushy.
Proof + personality = confidence to click
Because nextgenify Academy was brand new, trust was everything. So we backed up the message with real proof points, including:
- testimonials from early users who’d already felt the shift
- free guides to nurture those who aren’t quite ready to sign up yet
- examples of the tools, masterclasses and frameworks inside the membership
- Cherie’s credibility and appearance in media and podcasts.
And yes, it’s a long page
This wasn’t the place for a punchy paragraph and a button.
When someone is deciding whether to invest their time, energy and hard-earned money into their growth, they want details.
The length of the page gives space to build trust. It layers in value and helps different types of readers find their path to yes, whether they skim-read or deep-dive.
Some will scroll quickly. Others will read every word. Either way, the page is structured to support their decision, not push it.
The result?
A sales page that connects, converts and resonates.
The page speaks the reader’s language and mirrors their mindset. It invites them to imagine something better… before showing them exactly how to get there.
